Lenovo is seeking a Customer Ops Coordinator in Monterrey to support a diverse customer base including Large Enterprise Direct, Mid-Market, SMB, Business Partners, and Consumers. You will handle order entry, changes, returns, disputes, and ship support across the order lifecycle, while also monitoring pricing and contracts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role involves backlog analysis, customer contact, and ensuring smooth execution of build and shipment processes.

Responsabilidades

• Order management (order entry processing, changes on orders, returns management, disputes, etc)
• Backlog Management, pulling of and analyzing reports, customer contact, ship support, and working with execution on build requirements/shipment
• Pricing/contracts monitoring and processing.
