BOSC in Monterrey is seeking a customer service associate to accurately enter and process customer orders through our systems. You will provide timely updates and confirmations to customers, coordinate with sales, supply chain and back-office teams, and monitor order status to manage pending orders efficiently.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, at least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in manufacturing), strong English and communication skills,

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience minimum, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and accurately process customer orders through the relevant systems.
