Lenovo is seeking a Customer Ops Coordinator to support Lenovo customers across Large Enterprise Direct, Mid-Market, SMB, Business Partners and Consumers. You will coordinate order entry, changes, returns, and disputes while actively tracking backlog and ensuring accurate shipment support.

You will also monitor pricing and contracts, pull and analyze reports, and collaborate with fulfillment and sales teams to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience with order entry, changes on orders and returns workflows.
• Ability to pull, analyze reports, and summarize backlog data.
• Familiarity with pricing and contract monitoring processes.

• Monitor backlog, run reports, contact customers, and coordinate with logistics on shipments.
