American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to help generate sales by delivering an exceptional shopping experience in Benito Juarez, Quintana Roo. You will provide knowledgeable service, maintain a neat store, and model AEO values in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities include driving loyalty program engagement, ensuring accurate cash handling, and keeping the sales floor presentable while supporting team members. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Formación

• Experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program.
• Provide product knowledge to engage customers and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in interactions.
• Outfit customers with key looks and trends based on individual style.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands to drive channel growth.
• Handle register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to proper locations on the floor.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
• Process shipments, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with management involvement as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
