Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowledge of loyalty programs and informing customers about each program.
• Leverage company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer with looks and trends based on their style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and introduce customers to additional channels.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately in line with cash control procedures.
• Restock returned goods to correct locations and label damaged items appropriately.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment including sales floor, cash wrap, and stockroom.
• Handle shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with a customer-focused approach.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
