American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Benito Juárez, Quintana Roo, to deliver exceptional shopping experiences and drive sales.

You will leverage AE loyalty programs, share product knowledge, and assist customers in selecting outfits aligned with current trends and promotions. The role requires a customer-focused approach, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use store tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and current promotions based on style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and introduce customers to brand channels.
• Perform register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged items appropriately at end of shift.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Handle shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment while following SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with store leadership if needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
