American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive daily sales in a busy retail environment. You will educate customers on AE loyalty programs, assist with product knowledge, and help create stylish looks tailored to individual customers.

The role requires teamwork, adaptability, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver a positive customer experience to meet daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and enhance engagement.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in tasks.
• Suggest outfits and trends based on each customer's style.
• Promote awareness of AE brands and channels to customers.
• Perform register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to proper locations and manage damaged goods.
