American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. in Mexico seeks a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience, drive daily sales, and keep the store neat and welcoming.

You will model AE values and guide customers through loyalty programs while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. Responsibilities include handling transactions accurately, restocking, maintaining store standards, and assisting teammates.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, sales leadership team and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods with short rest breaks; reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use company tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Provide support to fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks based on individual style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and introduce customers to additional channels.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure returns are restocked to correct locations and damaged merchandise is properly labeled and stored.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing to replenishment while following backroom SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind, involving store leadership for escalations.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
