American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and generate sales by providing friendly, knowledgeable service. You will maintain a neat, clean store presentation, assist customers with product knowledge, operate the register accurately, and promote AE loyalty programs to drive brand engagement.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Inform customers about AE loyalty programs to drive engagement.
• Use store tools and product knowledge to assist customers and increase sales.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks.
• Recommend outfits and trends based on customer style while promoting promotions.
• Process transactions accurately and follow cash control procedures.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized selling space and backroom SOPs.
• Handle merchandise through shipments, floorsets, and replenishment processes.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with satisfaction in mind.
