You will promote AE loyalty programs, demonstrate product knowledge, and support teammates in delivering customer-first service; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Promote brand loyalty and inform customers about loyalty programs.
• Provide product knowledge to enhance engagement and sales.
• Support teammates and assist in customer interactions.
• Assist customers in finding outfits and aligning with latest trends and promotions.
• Maintain store presentation and organize floor, cash wrap, and stockroom.
• Process transactions accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
• Restock merchandise and manage backroom SOPs.
