American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in our store. You will drive sales by providing friendly, knowledgeable service while keeping the store neat and organized.

You will model AEO values and engage customers with the AE loyalty programs and promotions. Your role includes quick, accurate transactions, assisting teammates, and maintaining high standards of presentation and safety.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to generate sales and a positive experience.
• Inform customers about AE loyalty programs and promotions.
• Utilize store tools to provide product knowledge and engagement.
• Support teammates and assist in customer interactions as needed.
• Suggest looks and trends to match customer style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands across channels.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately per cash procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and manage damaged items.
• Maintain neat, safe and presentable sales floor and back areas.
• Handle merchandise movement from shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy with leadership support.
• Understand and follow all company policies and procedures.
