You will master AE loyalty programs, assist customers with product knowledge, process transactions quickly, and support teammates while promoting the AE and aerie brands across channels.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs and benefits.
• Utilize company tools to provide product knowledge and enhance engagement to maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and current promotions based on style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands, guiding customers to additional brand channels.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations; label damaged items for proper area at shift end.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment to floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy, coordinating with store leadership for escalations.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
