You will model AE’s Customer First standards, become knowledgeable about loyalty programs, assist customers with product information, and maintain a neat, welcoming store. The role requires teamwork, strong communication, ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, using technology to process transactions

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, leadership team and peers.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods with short rest breaks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an exceptional customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Inform customers about AE loyalty programs to drive brand loyalty.
• Use store tools to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends to match customer style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and channels.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Restock returns and damaged items, label and place appropriately.
• Keep sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom neat and safe.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and store leadership guidance.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
