American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for our AE Mexico Atizapán de Zaragoza location. You will help customers with product knowledge, build loyalty through AE programs, and drive daily sales while maintaining a clean, well-presented store environment.

You will be part of a Store Management Team, supporting fellow employees and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and meet daily goals.
• Be knowledgeable about AE loyalty programs and inform customers about them.
