Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and act on it.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Promote AE brand loyalty and inform customers about loyalty programs.
• Provide product knowledge to enhance engagement and sales.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends based on customer style.
• Introduce customers to additional AE channels.
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control policies.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged items.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor and back areas.
• Handle merchandise flow from shipment to replenishment following SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with leadership.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
