Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, and supporting stock replenishment and merchandising efforts. AEO values customer-first service and teamwork across the store.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle feedback.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional shopping experiences to customers.
• Drive sales by knowledgeable service and product knowledge.
• Maintain neat, clean and well-presented store environment.
• Process register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in stock replenishment, floor set and merchandising tasks.
• Support store leadership in handling customer issues and policy adherence.
