You will be part of the Store Management Team and help keep the store neat, organized, and welcoming. The role requires strong communication with customers and colleagues, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and proficiency with technology.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and sales leadership team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs and promoting them.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest key looks and promotions based on the customer’s style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Restock returns and manage merchandise location and labeling.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized floors, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with management on escalated issues.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
