American Eagle Outfitters in Solidaridad, Quintana Roo (Mexico) seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will maintain the store’s presentation, assist customers with styling, and promote AE/Aerie brands while following cash procedures.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strong communication and teamwork skills to support a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with only short rest breaks; reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast‑paced and deadline‑oriented environment.
• Ability to perform all Essential Job Functions.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Leverage tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Provide support to fellow employees through knowledge sharing and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer with key looks based on individual style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands by introducing customers to additional brand channels.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure returns are restocked to correct location; label damaged merchandise and place appropriately at end of shift.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipments, floorsets, markdowns, replenishment; maintain SOP.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Understand and adhere to all company policy and procedures.
