Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowledge of loyalty programs and informing customers of each program.
• Use store tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer with key looks and trends based on their style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to proper locations; label damaged items and place them in the correct area.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment while following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and seek guidance from leadership for difficult issues.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
