American Eagle Outfitters Inc. seeks a Sales Associate in Veracruz, Mexico to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales. You will guide customers through key looks, inform them about AE loyalty programs, and use store tools to provide product knowledge.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, sales leadership team and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Able to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with only short rest breaks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Leverage company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in interactions.
• Outfit the customer with key looks and current promotions based on their style.
• Promote the AE and aerie brands to customers.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately in line with cash handling procedures.
• Restock returns to correct location and label damaged merchandise accordingly.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing to replenishment while following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns following policy and escalate with leadership when needed.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies.
