Mitratech in Mexico is seeking a data reporting analyst to provide operational support to the Customer & Partner Success organization through data-driven reporting on customer health and product usage.

You will design and refine health-score frameworks, deliver standardized and bespoke reports, and work with success, sales, and product teams to drive retention and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in data/reporting analysis or BI-focused roles.
• Ability to translate usage data into actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to standardize reporting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards tracking customer health and product usage.
• Define KPIs and health-score metrics to guide account strategy.
• Aggregate and analyze usage data from multiple systems to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver customer-facing reporting packages and scorecards.
• Maintain data accuracy and governance within Salesforce and related systems.
