Core Code io is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to assist customers, drive sales, and help achieve business revenue goals. The role requires personable, proactive individuals who communicate effectively and guide customers through the purchasing journey.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries across phone, email, chat, or in-person channels, understanding needs, recommending solutions, and following up on opportunities, while maintaining CRM data and achieving targets.

Formación

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
• Ability to meet individual and team performance targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency if the position involves working with English-speaking customers.

• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to increase sales and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM or other company systems.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Stay informed about products, services, promotions, and company sales processes.
