ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Key Accounts Customer Care Associate I to provide foundational support with order management, shipment tracking, and customer inquiries. You will learn ADI products, systems, and processes, delivering timely, accurate service under supervision while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Formación

• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, sales support, or a customer-facing role.
• Full conversational English with professional verbal and written communication.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, including professional email correspondence.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine data entry and updates customer and order records.
• Tracks basic order status and communicates shipping dates or lead times.
• Responds to calls and emails using standard procedures and prepared resources.
• Assists with part substitutions and related order updates per guidelines.
• Maintains accurate documentation of customer interactions and request status.
• Escalates questions outside of standard procedures to a supervisor or experienced team member.
• Follows team instructions and supports daily work priorities.
• Learns company products, systems, and support processes through on-the-job guidance.
