ABB is seeking a Customer Support and Order Management professional to help drive service quality and customer satisfaction in the Americas. The role requires coordination across Sales, Logistics, and Marketing, with hybrid work: four days in office and one day from home.

The ideal candidate has five years of experience in order handling and customer service, strong English communication, and proficiency with BI tools (PowerBI) and Salesforce.

Formación

• Five years of experience in order handling and customer service.
• Experience with order fulfillment processes and KPI monitoring.
• Proficient with BI tools (PowerBI) and Salesforce.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support and order-related assistance to achieve service targets and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee progress and implement improvement actions to meet defined targets.
• Monitor order fulfillment KPIs: order entry, cycle time, case resolution, cancellations, and opex targets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Act as the first point of contact for Area Sales Managers and support commercial communication tools (PowerBI and Salesforce).
