ABB seeks an Order Handling Manager to lead customer service and order-related activities in a hybrid setup across the Americas. You will drive service quality and efficiency by coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely product delivery while monitoring key performance indicators.

The role focuses on policy execution for cancellations/returns, feeder factory audits, and improving order cycle times, with strong emphasis on data-driven decisions

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in order handling and customer service roles.
• Experience with order fulfillment processes and BI tools to improve customer experience.
• Proficient English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and monitor order handling processes to meet service levels and cost targets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Support policy adherence for cancellations, returns, and customer-facing processes.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to track KPIs and drive improvements in order cycle time and case resolution.
