ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Key Accounts Customer Care Associate I to support customers with order management, shipment tracking, and general inquiries. You will learn ADI products, systems, and processes while delivering timely, accurate service under supervision.

Responsibilities include data entry, tracking orders, communicating shipping dates, handling substitutions, and maintaining documentation. The role values quick learners with strong communication and detail orientation.

Formación

• 0-1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, sales support, or a customer-facing role.
• Full conversational English, with the ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, including professional email correspondence and follow-up.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes (SOPs) while maintaining accuracy.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of customer requests.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine data entry and updates customer and order records accurately.
• Tracks basic order status and communicates shipping dates or lead times using approved information.
• Responds to incoming calls and emails using standard procedures and prepared resources.
• Assists with part substitutions and related order updates according to established guidelines.
• Maintains accurate documentation of customer interactions and request status.
• Escalates questions or issues outside of standard procedures to a supervisor or experienced team member.
• Follows team instructions and supports daily work priorities as assigned.
• Learns company products, systems, and support processes through on-the-job guidance.
