The role involves servicing external and internal customer needs while supporting Account Managers and Traders. The ideal candidate should hold a university degree and have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include processing orders, managing communications, and maintaining customer relations. This position offers solid benefits and a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years in a similar role is preferred.
• Experience in Customer Service or local logistics environment is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and thrive in ambiguous situations.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process orders/purchase writes ups.
• Follow up on production-ready dates with suppliers.
• Support Account Managers and Traders with specific accounts.
• Answer customer inquiries and communicate issues/challenges.
• Log appropriate information into CRM.
