TTI, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator I for the Global Resource Center in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role supports internal stakeholders and the North America branch team, handling orders, inquiries, and quotes with professionalism.

Fluent English and Spanish are required. Strong typing and MS Office skills help ensure accurate data, timely communication, and smooth order-to-shipment processes in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Formación

• High school diploma with 2 years experience in customer support.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn company product lines and procedures.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute and basic math for quotes and orders.

Responsabilidades

• Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Provide order status information by phone and email from the sales database.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Sales Representatives and customers.
• Maintain professional rapport with clients and callers.
• Support processing of customer quotes by stock checks and delivery info.
• Assist Sales Representatives by returning calls, sending samples, and handling returns.
