Job summary

Whop Inc. is seeking a Country Manager for Mexico to own the market, drive the go-to-market strategy, recruit and lead the local team, and manage country-level P&L. You will close deals, hire to the bar, and set culture that scales with Whop Payments Network in-country.

Fluent Spanish and strong English are required. This role is on-site in Mexico with compensation aligned to local market and equity options to attract top performers ready to move fast.

# Country Manager (Mexico): Local or Remote: Growth: Full time: On-site## The MissionOur mission is to deliver everyone a sustainable income. Right now 50,000 users make money on Whop every month, and this year users will earn over $5B. We will not stop until 1B people every month are making money on Whop.## Who We're HiringYou own Mexico as a market — not a figurehead title. Sales motion, local talent bar, GTM, and making Whop Payments Network the default way people make money in-country. You close when needed, hire to the bar, and build the team that compounds.Sales-shaped country owner — same three profiles, adapted for market ownership:• Founder who has made 7 figures (ideally built and sold in Mexico / Latin America — real revenue, not a vanity company), OR• President's Club winner / founding AE or founding GM who has been selling / opening markets for 2–8 years, OR• Worked a hardcore role with demanding hours (Investment Banking, MBB consulting, or any rigorous work that was 10–12+ hours/day) plus founder experience 1–8 years who can own a country P&L vibe — close, hire, and set cultureFluent Spanish required (written and verbal), with strong English.
