The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Mexico City seeks a dynamic Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

You will have accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management, while guiding a high performing team.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to win customers.
• Results oriented with high drive to meet objectives and standards.
• Retail sales experience and team leadership experience.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources.
• Working knowledge of computer systems including email and Excel.
