The Estée Lauder Companies in Monterrey is seeking a dynamic Counter Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Associates, delivering exceptional service and achieving sales, service and operational targets.

You will own the in-store agenda, recruit and retain customers through strategic events, CRM, and in-store initiatives, and coach colleagues to exceed standards while maintaining brand integrity and a positive working environment in prestige beauty.

Formación

• Retail sales experience, preferably in beauty or luxury goods.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to develop and execute business plans.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop Sales Associates to meet sales, service and operations targets.
• Create and execute an agile store business plan to recruit and retain customers.
• Drive in-store events and customer relationship management.
