The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Account Manager with at least 5 years in key account management.

You will oversee select retailers, manage the full commercial relationship, drive sell-in, negotiate annual targets, and coordinate planograms and stock with brand teams. You will build strong retailer partnerships, ensure timely order processing, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing and sales to execute branded campaigns.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a similar account management role.
• Strong ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
• Solid commercial background with negotiation skills.
• Fluent English and advanced Excel/BI skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Sell-in to retailers and negotiate yearly targets.
• Agree on branded coop advertising plans and stock management.
• Manage and develop the retailer relationship and ensure timely orders.
• Coordinate with Brand Marketing and Sales to execute retailer plans.
• Monitor sales performance and stocks, and drive NS targets.
