Global Payments is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Mexico City to lead high-volume hiring. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers while partnering with hiring managers to meet business needs.

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)Ready to take your career global?Join a dynamic talent acquisition team where you'll play a key role in connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support high-volume recruiting efforts, partner with hiring managers, and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience while contributing to business growth.What You'll OwnSupport the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring needs.Execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, career fairs, and other recruiting channels.Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.Screen resumes, applications, and other candidate materials to assess qualifications and fit.Conduct initial candidate interviews and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and recruitment priorities.Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring activity, and recruiting progress.Manage interview scheduling and coordinate candidate communications throughout the hiring process.Facilitate pre-employment activities, including background checks, assessments, and onboarding documentation.Prepare and extend job offers, communicating compensation, benefits, and employment terms to selected candidates.Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).Support recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives to ensure corporate hiring objectives are achieved.Collaborate with staffing agencies and external recruiting partners when necessary to meet business demands.What You BringBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Equivalent combination of education and a minimum of four years of professional recruiting experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.Experience supporting various business segaments included Technology, Finance, Marketing etc.Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in both English and Spanish.It's a Bonus if You HaveExperience recruiting across multiple functions or business units.Experience supporting recruitment campaigns for large-scale hiring initiatives.Knowledge of employment practices and recruitment trends within Mexico and international markets.Experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.Experience working in a shared services, BPO, or multinational environment.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with global teams and stakeholders.Exposure to international recruiting practices and talent strategies.Career growth and development opportunities.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Location: MexicoLanguage Requirement: English and Spanish (Required)Employment Type: Full-Time
