• Support the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring needs.
• Execute sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, career fairs and networks.
• Screen resumes and assess qualifications, conduct initial interviews, and recommend candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand needs and priority, and manage candidate communications.
