Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law is required.
Active license to practice law in Mexico (Cédula Profesional) is required.
Strong experience in complex contract negotiation and regulatory compliance (REPSE exposure is a plus).
Advanced stakeholder management and negotiation skills; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead negotiation, structuring, and execution of service contracts with external customers.
Ensure REPSE compliance and alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Operations on complex and non-standard agreements.
Draft contract terms, manage renewals, and act as escalation point for high-impact negotiations.
