Job summary

Teletrac Navman, a Vontier company, seeks a senior paralegal in Monterrey, Mexico to support contract administration, corporate governance and IP portfolios within a global legal team. Hybrid role based in our Monterrey office.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of paralegal experience in corporate governance, contract administration, and IP, with fluent Spanish and English, and prior in-house or corporate law exposure.

Qualifications

• Paralegal degree or certification from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years’ experience as a paralegal in corporate governance, contract administration and IP.
• Experience in an in-house legal department and/or corporate law firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support a wide range of commercial agreements and templates.
• Maintain corporate governance records and IP portfolio management.
• Coordinate with attorneys and cross-functional teams across jurisdictions.
• Support due diligence and contract negotiations.
