Job summary

Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office in Mexico City is seeking a Specialist, Contracts to draft, negotiate and administer complex supplier agreements. You will support the contract lifecycle from planning through fulfillment, working with legal, sourcing, finance and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a law or related degree and 7+ years in contract management or procurement, with experience in drafting, redlining and negotiating procurement contracts, and proficiency with CLM and AI

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in law or related field and 3+ years of Contract Administration experience OR an Associate's degree with 5+ years OR a High School diploma with 7+ years of experience.
Experience drafting, reviewing, redlining and negotiating procurement contracts.
Experience supporting contracts for foundry, manufacturing, test, assembly, and component suppliers.
Proficiency in using CLM and AI solutions/tools to streamline contracts management.

Responsibilities

Drafts, negotiates and executes complex supplier agreements with cross-functional teams.
Develop contract strategies to protect Qualcomm business, IP, and leadership positions.
Researches and presents contractual positions focusing on risk mitigation and liability.
Leads contract-related initiatives, escalations and process improvements to drive efficiency.
