You will draft, review, and approve documents, manage risk, and lead complex negotiations with clients and vendors to protect the company's interests. You will collaborate across Legal, business, and technical teams to translate terms into actionable guidance, shape policy, and drive improvements in templates and processes for scalable, compliant

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in contract management, legal operations or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience in leading teams through complex work.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and approve legal documents reflecting negotiated terms, protecting Global Payments’ contractual position and meeting policy requirements.
• Assess agreements to identify commercial and contractual risk and provide clear guidance for informed business decisions.
• Lead complex negotiations and client/vendor relationships to balance commercial priorities and company interests.
• Translate complex contractual terms into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Shape contract management by identifying opportunities from technology, regulatory, audit and business changes and driving improvements to templates and processes.
• Lead high-impact legal initiatives by defining scope and prioritizing resources.
• Build and evolve contract management technology with the team responsible for Legal systems.
