Qualifications

• Professional degree in Law.
• 3 to 5 years of general legal experience.
• 1 to 3 years in similar senior legal functions.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts, NDAs, and corporate minutes.
• Provide continuous technical-legal support and risk analyses.
• Manage Employer of Record (EOR) processes to ensure legal compliance.
