Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or recruitment consulting, with significant international exposure.
• Proven track record of successfully managing searches for senior-level and specialized roles across different countries.
• Exceptional ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse international clients and candidates.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
• Experience with global Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology platforms.
