Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol in Cabo Del Sol, Mexico, is seeking a Concierge Assistant Manager to lead the Concierge team across the 96 guestrooms and 61 residences. You will ensure seamless daily operations, personalized guest interactions, and proactive service aligned with Four Seasons standards.

Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, you will train staff, manage schedules, and coordinate with front desk and other departments to deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences for

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field.
• Previous concierge experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Concierge operations to ensure coverage and adherence to standards.
• Ensure timely follow-up on guest requests with personalized, consistent responses.
• Collaborate with reception, reservations, doormen, bell staff and valet for smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Train staff to meet basic standards and service culture; discipline as necessary.
• Manage day-to-day Concierge activities and maintain up-to-date local activity information.
• Provide proactive, informed recommendations based on local knowledge.
