Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol seeks a Group Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to the group sales team, assist with site visits and client contacts, and help drive sales growth. You will coordinate communications with Reservations, Front Office, and other departments to fulfill guest preferences and stay requests.

Formación

• College education preferred.
• Experience in Hospitality, Banqueting, or Conference Services.
• Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the group sales team.
• Support sales growth, site visits, and client contacts.
• Serve as on-property liaison for site inspections and visibility/conversion efforts.
• Prepare written correspondence, contracts, and reports using MS Word, Golden Sales & Catering and Outlook.
• Maintain Golden Sales & Catering accounts and related systems.
• Assist with monthly and weekly sales/occupancy reports.
