Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator within the Front Office to manage pre-arrival communications, arrange transportation, dining and activities, and coordinate amenities for VIP guests. The role requires knowledge of luxury guest service and the ability to enhance guest satisfaction through proactive planning and personalized touches.

Formación

• 2–3 years of luxury hotel experience.
• Self-driven and strategic resourcing.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Must have valid work authorization in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Handle pre-arrival guest communications and bookings.
• Coordinate transportation, activities and dining experiences.
• Plan and tailor amenity programs for special occasions.
• Record guest information across Opera, Golden and Key systems.
• Respond to guest requests with hospitality and professionalism.
• Assist with Concierge services including dining reservations.
• Collaborate with Baja 360 to promote activities.
• Provide in-room tech and service support as needed.
