Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Guest Experience Host to anticipate guest needs, coordinate with departments, and curate memorable moments during the stay. You will engage with VIP guests and coordinate personalized services, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience while maintaining impeccable hospitality standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in a luxury hotel, strong Spanish and English communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in luxury hotel.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist guests to anticipate needs and curate memorable experiences.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for guest requests and special occasions.
• Provide high-level hospitality service, ensuring guest satisfaction and seamless check-in/check-out.
