Responsibilities include market analysis, salary benchmarking, salary reviews, bonus planning, and reporting to management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, rewards, or HR analytics.
• Experience with HRIS systems and compensation management tools.
• Experience performing salary surveys and market benchmarking.
• Advanced English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
• Support development and maintenance of salary structures, job grades, and compensation policies.
• Participate in annual compensation processes: salary reviews, merit increases, bonus planning, incentive programs.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
• Ensure internal pay equity and alignment with compensation philosophy.
• Collaborate with HRBP and Talent Acquisition on job evaluations and salary offers.
• Manage benefits programs: health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and communications.
• Act as primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
• Evaluate offerings and recommend enhancements to support needs and goals.
• Partner with external vendors and brokers for service delivery.

The Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures that compensation structures remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives while supporting employee engagement, retention, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

• Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
• Support the development and maintenance of salary structures, job grades, and compensation policies.
• Participate in annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, merit increases, bonus planning, and incentive programs.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
• Ensure internal pay equity and alignment with organizational compensation philosophy.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams on job evaluations and salary offers.

Benefits Administration

• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and employee communications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
• Evaluate current benefit offerings and recommend enhancements to support employee needs and business goals.
• Partner with external vendors and brokers to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualifications
