Confidential Careers is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist in Puebla, Mexico to design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs aligned with business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead market analysis, salary benchmarking, salary structures, and annual compensation processes, collaborating with HR partners to ensure equity, competitiveness, retention, and impactful employee programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years in compensation, benefits, rewards, or HR analytics.
• Experience with HRIS systems and compensation tools.
• Experience performing salary surveys and market benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

• Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
• Support the development and maintenance of salary structures, job grades, and compensation policies.
• Participate in annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, merit increases, bonus planning, and incentive programs.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
• Ensure internal pay equity and alignment with organizational compensation philosophy.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams on job evaluations and salary offers.

Benefits Administration

• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and employee communications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
• Evaluate current benefit offerings and recommend enhancements to support employee needs and business goals.
• Partner with external vendors and brokers to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, rewards, or HR analytics.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and compensation management tools.
• Experience performing salary surveys and market benchmarking.
• Advanced English skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
• Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and job evaluation methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Project management and organizational skills.
