Embedded Shishya is seeking a compensation and benefits specialist with 2–3 years of experience to support HR operations and the full cycle hiring process. The role requires knowledge of employment regulations and hands-on experience with HRIS.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with Chinese preferred. The candidate will collaborate across teams to ensure competitive compensation and benefit programs while maintaining compliance.
