NTT DATA North America is seeking a compensation-focused professional to advise on base pay, incentives, and performance management across diverse employee groups. You will develop, implement, and maintain compensation programs that support company objectives, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor market trends to propose improvements while collaborating with HR, finance and external vendors.

• Acts as an organizational advisor or subject matter expert regarding one or more compensation related topics.
• Provides compensation support across a large population of employee groups and locations.
• Participates and may lead compensation projects that have strategic, financial and global impact.
• Provides suggestions on many compensation related administrative or operational matters.
• Evaluates current programs to determine effectiveness and identifies opportunities for enhancement based on internal needs and external market trends.
• Responsible for managing relationships with internal senior leaders as well as external vendors.
• Regularly presents analysis, findings and reports to both HR and line management.
• Ensures compensation design and processes are compliant with local regulations.

Develops implements, administers and maintains compensation programs which support company objectives and local practices. Areas of expertise include base pay, incentive pay and performance management. Participates in compensation surveys and ensures competitive pay practices are maintained globally. Evaluates programs, trends, advances and/or new technologies and makes recommendations for changes and improvements. Advises managers on compensation-related issues. Works with external vendors to develop, administer and design new or modify existing programs or systems. Keeps abreast of compensation trends and ensures company compliance with all governmental laws concerning compensation practices globally.
