Job summary

Aon is seeking a Data Operations Manager– Compensation Data Analysis to lead the intake, validation, and initial matching of compensation survey data for US clients from our Mexico/US teams. You will ensure data quality, support analyses, and drive client satisfaction.

This role emphasizes strong English communication, data management, and analytical capabilities, with exposure to AI-enabled tools and cross‑functional collaboration in a global firm.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication for US-based clients.
• Strong data management, process orientation, and high attention to detail.
• Proven analytical skills, qualitative and quantitative.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strict deadlines.
• Collaborative, team-focused environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with AI-enabled technology.

Responsibilities

• Complete survey input on behalf of clients with accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct initial job matching using analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Verify the accuracy and validity of submitted data per quality standards.
• Collaborate with Data Solutions and Client Success teams in the US and Mexico to resolve input issues.
• Respond to client inquiries with clear, thoughtful analysis on compensation data.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with collaborators and clients through proactive communication.
• Identify opportunities for supplemental report sales or consulting work from client questions and requests.
• Analyze compensation and survey reports to support report development and client usage.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects demonstrating flexibility and continuous improvement mindset.
