Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client success, consulting, or related analytics roles.
• 1–2 years in coordination or people leadership.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to turn data into client-ready insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of client success consultants (3+ years mentoring) to set priorities and coach team members.
• Own key client relationships and ensure seamless compensation data submissions.
• Analyze sophisticated compensation datasets to deliver actionable insights.
• Oversee job-matching and benchmarking projects for timely, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Analytics and Operations.
